Caelo currently only delivers within the UK. Orders are processed within 2-3 days and delivery is usually within 5-7 days. Bespoke costs are calculated based on size and weight. We are based in St Albans and local delivery and collection is possible for larger items. Your purchase will be wrapped securely with recyclable materials wherever possible. Gift wrapping, including a hand written notecard, is available on email request. 

Due to commission payments to our makers we cannot offer returns. We are happy to answer any of your queries, or provide more photos prior to purchase, so please do get in touch if you need any more info before proceeding with your order. Many of our homeware pieces have lived a past life so please expect some age related wear or some characterful imperfections. Thank you for your understanding and supporting an independent shop.

All artworks are sold unframed, unless otherwise stated. You can request framing for any piece by emailing us after your purchase. We work with a local framer who stocks a wide range of mouldings and glass, and we would be delighted to discuss and recommend options.
